Would you like to exchange or returns your items? No worries. We happily offer returns & exchanges within 60 days of purchase, and free return labels for most EU countries.

We handle exchanges for free. Full refunds are costly for the planet and for us. Therefore we charge £5 shipping costs for full refunds (only) - we hope this will reduce the negative impact of excessive return logistics.


How to exchange or return

All exchanges/returns start by submitting it online. Follow the link above, login with your order number and post code, tell us which product(s) you like to exchange/return, and generate a shipping label by email, as well as your commercial invoice required for returning.

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received from us, it starts with a #.

Return in store

Visit our flagship stores to easily exchange or return your (online) order. Returning in store is always free.

Return Instructions

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or on the return form in the box. It’s six digits and starts with a #.

1. Go to
2. Login with your order number and e-mail address or postal code
3. Easily exchange for another size, fit or different product (exchanging is free!) or request a refund (- €5)
4. Download your return label
5. Send off the package. Your return is handled within 1 week after receiving it. Once handled, you'll be notified via email. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Does the product not live up to the standards set on our website? Please contact us. We’ll happily find a suitable solution.

• LABFRESH items can be exchanged or returned within 60 days of purchase.
• Items that have been used, washed, ironed or dry-cleaned cannot be returned.
• Items must be returned with the tag or sticker still attached.
• Socks can only be returned if the cardboard label is still attached.
• We can require payment for items that have been damaged.

Exchange tips

Is your LABFRESH item a bit tight when trying on? We recommend exchanging to a bigger size as cotton products might shrink up to 3% in the wash. Are you still in doubt? Contact us by chat or email with a picture of the garment while you wear it & share your weight and height. Our Customer Care heroes are fit experts and here to help!

Our colleagues at the warehouse work at ninja-speed and your exchange is handled within 2 business days of receiving your package back.
